Delivery: We guarantee delivery on the date requested by the customer, but the delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unavailability of the recipient. If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers at the agreed time, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor, and notify the sender of the delivery.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value in case of unavailability. However, we will inform the customer of any substitutions before delivery.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the delivery of our products or in the event of unavailability of the recipient.
